In order to achieve our mission of "Creating opportunities and hopes for people to work", we, the Nisso Group, aim to achieve sustainable business growth and realize a sustainable society by establishing policies on human rights, labor, the environment, safety and health, and ethics, and advancing initiatives to solve social issues through the provision of Human Resources Solution Services that support the growth of companies and people.
Based on the ESG (environmental, social, and governance) perspective, the Nisso Group will continue to evolve into a sustainable corporate structure that is resilient to change, with "people" at the center.
In order to achieve our mission of "Creating opportunities and hopes for people to work", the Nisso Group recognizes the importance of contributing to society and the environment through investment in "people", which is the driving force behind the Group. Based on the "Sustainability Policy" formulated in October 2021, we aim to achieve sustainable business growth, and have established policies on human rights and labor, the environment, safety and health, and ethics, and promote initiatives to realize a sustainable society.
SOCIAL
The Nisso Group positions "human resources development" and "DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion)" as important initiatives for sustainable business growth. In October 2021, we formulated the "Human Resources Development Policy" with the aim of developing human resources who can take on challenges in all fields. Furthermore, in April 2023, we formulated the "Internal Environment Improvement Policy" with the aim of creating a workplace environment where diverse human resources can find fulfillment in their work. Based on these policies, we are promoting the creation of an environment where each individual can maximize their capabilities.
ENVIRONMENT
The Nisso Group strives to contribute to society through investments in "people", which are our driving force, and at the same time, we recognize that responding to climate change, which is essential for the survival of our business, is an important management issue.
Through our business activities, we will work to protect the global environment and prevent pollution, and by clarifying the financial impact of climate change, we will aim to improve our corporate resilience and realize the key issue of "Creation of a comfortable workplace".
GOVERNANCE
The Nisso Group promotes respect for human rights and the development of compassionate human relationships based on the principle of "Nurturing and Bringing Out the Best in People". With the goal of creating and establishing our own unique technologies and creating new corporate value that can contribute to society, we will comply with laws and regulations, disclose accurate information, ensure management transparency, recognize the importance of corporate governance to continuously enhance corporate value, and conduct management with an emphasis on compliance. In addition, we will respect the rights of our shareholders and strive to be a company that is trusted by society.
