(Note) 1. Our company conducted a stock split at a ratio of 2 shares for each common share on May 1, 2019. For the previous fiscal year, we calculated "Earnings per Share" and "Earnings per Share adjusted for potential stock adjustments" assuming that the stock split was carried out at the beginning of the fiscal year. (Note) 2. Breakdown of dividends for the fiscal year ended March 2021: Regular dividend JPY 15.10, Special dividend JPY 5.00.

If the number of shares is sold or reduced to less than 3 units (300 shares) due to name changes other than yourself or inheritance, or if the shareholder number is changed due to changes in name or other reasons until the rights determination date in the following March, the points will be forfeited and cannot be carried over, so please be sure to take this into consideration.
