Establishment of "NISSO HOLDINGS", a Pure Holding Company
We, the Nisso Group, have established "NISSO HOLDINGS Co., Ltd.", a pure holding company.
By becoming a pure holding company, we will strengthen appropriate corporate governance and compliance risk management for the entire Group, while establishing a structure that enables each of the companies to become an operating company with a high level of expertise specialized in each field, and will strive to speed up decision-making.
The Nisso Group's Vision
With the Group Vision of "Transforming into a corporate group with high-growth potential", the Nisso Group is comprised of 6 consolidated subsidiaries including NISSO CORPORATION, and 1 equity-method affiliates, with the holding company, NISSO HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. as the parent company, and is engaged in the "General Human Resources Services" and "Nursing Care・Welfare Services".
In addition, in line with our founding philosophy of "Nurturing and Bringing Out the Best in People", our mission is "To create opportunities and hopes for people to work", and by providing Human Resources Solution Services that support the growth of companies and people, we aim to create workplaces where workers can feel motivated and grow, so that we are able to respond to social changes and changes in industrial structures.

The business environment surrounding us is changing at an unprecedented rate, including digital technology, human capital management, decarbonization, pandemics, and the global situation, and along with this, social demands and needs are also changing.
