President's Message

The Nisso Group established "NISSO HOLDINGS Co., Ltd." in October 2023, taking a new step forward as a pure holding company.

The business environment surrounding us is changing at an unprecedented rate, including digital technology, human capital management, decarbonization, pandemics, and the global situation, and along with this, social demands and needs are also changing.

In order to respond quickly and flexibly to these changes and achieve further growth for the Nisso Group, we believe that it is necessary to expedite decision-making, implement strategic and flexible M&A and capital policies, create the next core business opportunities, and optimize management resources. We have determined that it is optimal to shift to a holding company structure in order to ensure an environment in which each operating company can enhance their expertise and focus on their areas of expertise while ensuring a seamless business management structure for the entire Group.

For more than 50 years, NISSO CORPORATION, the core of the Nisso Group, has been supporting MONOZUKURI (manufacturing) from the perspective of "people", based on the founding philosophy of "Nurturing and Bringing Out the Best in People". Recognizing that human resources are important capital that plays a central role in our business, the Nisso Group will continue to engage in well-being management, including "human development" based on the aptitude of each individual and "workplace creation" where workers can flourish with a sense of fulfillment.

By contributing to the resolution of social issues through the sustainable growth of our business, we will realize the Group's mission of "Creating opportunities and hopes for people to work", and while deepening dialogue with our stakeholders, the Nisso Group itself will continue to promote reforms.
